Existing and Legacy Subscriptions
Customers who hold an existing recurring subscription to a previous Global Sound Group service, including Virtual Booking Agent, may continue to be billed in accordance with the subscription originally purchased until that subscription is cancelled.
Where a service has been moved, renamed, replaced or incorporated into another Global Sound Group service, existing subscribers will continue to be provided with access to the relevant service or an appropriate replacement for the duration of their active subscription.

Existing subscribers do not need to purchase a new subscription solely because the service has moved, been renamed, replaced or incorporated into another Global Sound Group service.
